Customer satisfaction survey
A customer satisfaction survey was conducted in 2005 towards all IS clients. The results were exceptional:
- 95% of our clients have declared that “The resources are skilled to perform the required tasks”.
- 100% of our clients agree with the following statement: “The employees are dedicated”.
- 100% of our clients find that “The response time between service call and service delivery is short”.
- 95% of clients find that “There is consistent follow-up on service calls, throughout the process”.
